A가 B를 총으로 쐈다고 가정합니다 B는 죽진 않고 혼수상태에 빠졌읍니다 지방검사가 살인미수? 이런 죄목으로 기소를 했고 재판 끝에 A는 어찌어찌 무죄를 받았읍니다 그러다가 B가 병원에서 죽었읍니다 그럼 검사측에서 이번에는 살인으로 B를 기소할 수 있는 건가요? 이중처벌금지?로 못하는 거 아닌지?;; 0
